They'll do for the office, but not active work December 1, 2008 K. E. Ruef (Shawnee, OK, USA) I expected more from the Dickies label, frankly. If you are looking for a lightweight, high-maintenance trouser, then this is the one. If you need a solid utility pant, then I would not recommend these. The fabric is a magnet for things like pet hair, and aren't really good for multiple wearings(if you wear your pants more than one day between washings, be prepared to iron daily if you want them looking good). I'm sure they would be fine for an office atmosphere. I work on the sales floor at Wal-Mart and these pants pick up every bit of dust and debris and end up looking rumpled and dirty at the end of the shift. On a good note, the sizes are pretty close to true (a 14 really is a 14, etc).
dickies cargos for women September 30, 2008 Beth L. Braverman Dickies need to be ordered a size up so if you are a 5/6 order an 8. I need pockets at work and these pants have plenty. I can carry a box knife, cell phone, notes, badges, keys, money and still have 1 pocket left over. Would like them to have more of a straight leg as they are more of a boot cut style and less leg room from the thigh down would be great but overall I love these pants.
