I agree with the previous reviews. At first it takes some getting used to, but after wearing it a couple of times, I don't even notice the strap anymore.
What does this do for you? The ring pulls you out and away from your body and pushes you gently into the pouch, then the pouch gently lifts you up and presents it all in a nice package.
I highly recommend this for all you guys whether small, medium or large.

This product is effective in that it does push you up but it is not the most comfortable thing in the world. Basically it is a high-tech c-ring thong; however, the c-ring is adjustable (two size snaps) and the pouch snaps to the bottom strap underneath your 'package' to provide the 'lift'. As I said before, the product does what it is designed to do but is a little uncomfortable at first (the comfort level does increase once you get use to it and it is more comfortable than other c-ring thongs I've tried). But, I feel the product is a little expensive for a five star rating.

While first getting it you may wonder "How does this work?"
When putting it on, the strap goes underneath and the ring comes up and clips around and pushes you up, then the pouch goes over and clips to the ring.
The material is super soft and stretchy, and holds up really well. These are very comfortable despite how they work and are great for everyday use.
Recommended for a special night or a night at the club!
