My old hanging-around-the-house-on-the-weekend pants finally wore out so I needed a replacement. After a few false starts (clingy regular cotton, cold nylon, bulky sweat pants), I found these. They are comfortable, lightweight, and warm (but not hot) for cold Winter days here in Iowa. They seem to be well made. The waist is elastic and is comfortable. The drawstrings seem long enough not to fall back into the little holes (don't you hate when that happens?). The outside is soft and easy to wipe off (for those that are messy like me :) Happily, the black is NOT shiny. The red stripe is simple and tasteful. The front pockets could be just a hair longer for my taste -- when I stand up straight my fingers just touch the bottom of the pocket, which is fine, but I'd worry a little if I was running around with my keys, money, or phone in the pockets. The front pockets do NOT zip/velcro/button. There are no rear pockets. Inside and all the way down the leg, there is a tight mesh lining that is soft and very comfortable. All in all, I am very happy with these pants so far.
p.s. If something changes (or they fall apart in the wash), I will add an update here.

great pants. Dad loves them. Soft and lightweight, sized perfect. I got a size L and he has a 38 waist. Great price, free shipping...come on!!

i spent the whole time they shipped wondering if they were going to be some cheap polar fleece or something, as you can tell by my rating, they aren't. just a light weight polyester or something i believe... but its exactly what i wanted for running, playing tennis, parkour. ect. i will prolly buy a few more pairs

I originally purchased these pants due to the great price along with the fact that I needed to stock up on my workout attire. Once received, I noticed that the woven polyester dobby had a very silky feel. It's sturdy and durable, yet you feel like you're wearing luxurious fabric. I don't just use these pants to work out in, but also as an everyday lounge around pant. It feels THAT good! I would recommend to anyone who would like a guilty pleasure while working out. :)
