I was really disappointed with this order. I have written numerous times asking for an explanation why my order was doubled.. It's been a month and no answers yet. It was such a hassle to mail back the item and pay for an extra $12 in shipping and the seller (Rockbottom Golf) might even charge me 15% for restocking fee.. I don't understand why they would do this when clearly it wasn't my fault. I have been a loyal customer to Amazon for many years now and this is the first time that I have experienced some form of inefficiency since I never got any clarification regarding this matter.. I hope you can shed some light on this.
