Work Boots October 6, 2008 Ms. Kelly A. Vermeersch (new baltimore, mi United States) Good strong and comfortable. These boots exceeded my expectations as far as comfort and durability. I work hard and my boots need to also.
product ok, customer service excellent January 8, 2008 I. Liang BareBones did a great job in accommodating me. The first pair of shoes had a defect, which I discovered after wearing them. Returned them for an exchange. They even reimbursed me for return shipping. However, upon receipt of the second pair, discovered the same defect. They don't make the shoes so I blame Timberland for that, but Barebones could have more closely scrutinized the second pair. In any case, overall, everyone I talked to was very professional and accommodating.
