 Sizing and return policy not a good fit January 3, 2009

I purchased this product by checking the sizing of another pair of Umbro shorts the recipient owned. I would say when tried on, the shorts were about 2 sizes smaller. This product is probably intended for a boy (or a very leanly built man), but the product description does not say so.
Additionally, because this was a Christmas present, I was unable to return the item because it was more than 5 days past the day I received the order. And the return policy is expensive anyway -- a restocking fee, shipping, etc. are all left up to the buyer to work out on his or her own.
